Headed by Ceri Williams, who is a former Local Authority Planning Officer, having worked for many years for two Local Authority Planning Departments. Ceri qualified at BA (Hons) Degree level at Leicester University, he then qualified at Master of Science Degree level concurrently attaining the Chartered Royal Town Planning Qualification (MRTPI) at Oxford Brookes University, specialising in Planning Law.  

 

Ceri has attained Planning Consents for a large range of Development Schemes, a spectrum from large sites comprising thousands of residential units, also many schemes with mixed commercial uses. For example, a site in Blyth Road, Hayes, West London of 120 no residential units, plus commercial space (Use Class E - which is now an operating gym), down to much smaller schemes of, for example, a scheme of just 20 flats on a former city nightclub site (Dover Street, Canterbury, Kent) with a tight footprint; down to single dwelling schemes and residential extension projects.  The principles are the same no matter the size of project.  We know all the “Tricks of the Trade” to attaining High Quality Planning Consents.  We have instant access to all on-line Local Authority Planning Documentation in Britain.

Experience

Ceri has experience of spending many years working in one of the most challenging Land & Planning Department for Barratt, delivering Land Purchases and Planning Consents for thousands of Residential new Build units.  Ceri also worked for Byrne Group – Ellmer Construction/Homes Division, developing bespoke residential projects throughout London and the South East of England.  Ceri has delivered projects funded by Banks like Lloyds TSB and other major banks throughout Southern Britain.  Ceri’s experience is in both the public and private sectors.

 

Ceri is 51 years of age, currently at the peak of his career, he has 27 years’ worth of experience of working in the development sector in Southern Britain.  Ceri has acquired hundreds of millions of pounds of Development Land over the past three decades; he has an exceptional knowledge of both Build Costs and Land Prices for sites throughout Southern Britain.  Ceri is supported by his son Thomas and 8 no architects of various styles, covering development schemes from single unit residential schemes, extension projects up to schemes of hundreds of residential units plus commercial development,  Extensive support is also provided by a range of Consultants of various disciplines. We are extremely proud of our track record of attaining in excess of 95% of Planning Approvals on sites via Delegated Powers, via Planning Committees and via Planning Appeals.
